At your first session we’ll take the time to discuss your pain or injury, identify what causes or risk factors might be responsible and what goals you’d like to achieve from these treatment sessions.
We’ll then perform a thorough examination consisting of a number of physical, orthopaedic and neurological tests. This allows us to diagnose your complaint and give you a clear explanation of what is causing the pain, how we’re going to treat it and how long we expect a your recovery to take.
We use techniques such as dry needling, massage, myofascial release & cupping to help release tight soft tissues.
When it comes to improving joint mobility we have a number of joint mobilisation and manipulation techniques that can be adapted to suit every body type and treatment preference.
