This is achieved with hands-on manual therapy to release tight muscles and restricted joints. The goal is to get you moving better with less pain as soon as possible.

Muscle imbalances and abnormal biomechanics could be aggravating your pain or injury. By identifying and treating them it’ll allow you to get back to doing what you enjoy in a shorter time frame.

Rehabilitation exercises form an important part of your recovery. You’ll be taught how to do specific stretches and exercises that’ll provide long term results and reduce your chances of re-injury.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes we do.

We understand that you’re for relief from aches, pain or stiffness as soon as possible.

No you will not. The majority of the patient we see don’t require X-rays.

Taking X-rays of every patient before treatment is an outdated style of practice.

There are a few instances where X-rays are needed to rule out more serious pathologies such as tumours, fractures, infections of bone or recent trauma etc. This will be discussed with you at your consultation.

Some chiropractors will only treat the spine, that is just their personal style of treatment.

Our chiropractor has a special interest in treating muscles, tendons and other soft tissues in all regions of the body as well as the spine.

The initial consultation and treatment is $130.

All repeat sessions are charged at $95.
