What is the Body-Tennis Connection?

It’s about identifying the connection between your body’s physical capabilities and your tennis serve mechanics.

It’s physically impossible to get into a position to replicate the service motion of Roger Federer or Serena Williams if you don’t have the mobility and muscular control that they have.

We use a physical assessment consisting of 12-tests that will identify any mobility or muscular control problems you may have. The physical assessment was developed specifically for tennis players by RacquetFit in the USA. You can learn more about them by clicking here.
